Thanks for your suggestion. The Video Doorbell Pro's built-in motion sensor is pointed downwards, so that it's able to capture movement directly in front and even slightly below itself. Unfortunately, this means that if the unit was flipped upside-down, it the motion sensor would point up - capturing a lot less motion and becoming more ineffective. That's why there's no option to flip the image upside-down.
