You won't get a response from SS here, this is mostly just a forum for users to help each other out.  You'll either need to call them or email them.

The low battery error on entry sensors was a known issues. The batteries are fine. I just had to refresh a few times.

As for the sensors falling, I also experienced that when I used the double stick tape. I ultimately had to remove the tape from my motion detectors, glass break sensors, keypads, and sirens and use the screws to mount them all. Nothing has fallen since then.

I found just using one of those little screws that they supply to each sensor along with the 3m tape works beautifully and its such a small hole you coukd patch it with toothpaste lol but go to the store and get some good heavy duty 3m tape, i got a big box of it for like 6 bucks and its all been great.

Even if you rent use the screws, they're tiny and wont leave much of a hole.  Similar to a thumb tack so land lords really shouldn't complain unless you aren't aloud to put pictures on the wall.  For windows where you need to mount to metal or vinyl, use the tape, then surround the magnet with a bit of white or clear silicone.  They will never fall off, but yet can be easily removed later on.
