sms messaging with unmonitored account
We only use our simplisafe when on vacation. Last year we would get sms notifications whenever the system was disarmed or armed. This year we are not receiving anything. Is this a change in policy or is there something I need to set up?

Hi @tahoemark,
Have you made any changes to your monitoring plan recently? General Activity notifications for when the system is armed/disarmed are only available with the Self Monitoring with Camera Recordings or Fast Protect™ monitoring plans. You can learn more about what each plan offers in this guide in our Help Center.

Very disappointed in this. In late 2022 I was out of town for 2 months and received notice every time someone turned on/off system. I had no monitoring plan. DO YOU GET ANY NOTIFCIATIONS without monitoring?
