Self monitor
App and push notifications
I recently switched to self monitor my home. I realized I no longer receive push notifications or app notifications when I arm or disarm my system. I haven't tried triggering an alarm to see if I get notified or not. Shouldn't I still be notified in the event of a triggered alarm and when my system is armed or disarmed?

Hi @skipmabe,
Activity notifications when the system is armed and disarmed are only available with the Self Monitoring with Camera Recordings or Fast Protect™ monitoring plans - the Standard Monitoring and free Basic App Control plans do not include them. You will still receive notifications when an alarm is triggered. For more information on what each of our monitoring plans offer, check out this article in our Help Center.
