Keypad problem
My system is 2 years old and my keypad screen is now blank. Just a bright white. The keys still work.
Is this common? Before I buy another keypad I want to know if I have to replace it every 2 years. BTW: I did replace batteries.

@me4golf Just to confirm, you see nothing on your Keypad's screen, but you can still use it to arm and disarm your system?
This certainly isn't common, and shouldn't happen with it only being 2 years old. If you haven't already, I would try resetting the Keypad by taking a battery out for 30 seconds and then put it back in. But if that doesn't help I would then reach out to our Support team so we can replace that Keypad for you.

My keypad is black and does not upload or show my passcode if I enter it. The system told me I needed to get this fixed. Please help, I value your assistance, Kathleen .
