Gen 2 —> Gen 3 Monitoring

Hello, just ordered the Gen 3 system to replace my Gen 2 system. What do I need to do in order for the monitoring to be transferred to the new system?

Hi @TeKnoZiz, 

You can transfer monitoring to your new Gen 3 system by logging into your account at simplisafe.com/activate. Once logged in, click "Transfer Monitoring" and follow the steps on the screen. You can also learn more about upgrading to your Gen 3 system in this Help Center article.
