How do I change my credit card info for monthly billing?

@deemce1, the new dashboard will not let you modify, but you can add, a new credit card and tell it what to default to. Go and log into the dashboard, go to monitoring and you will see the payment button on the top right of the screen.

This is absolutely NUTS   I have a new expiration date on my saved credit card and I can see no way to update it online.

There's no little hamburger menu icon on the screen, like there is on the phone app. There is no way to get to monitoring. There is only a upgrade button. Apparently there is a issue because so many people are having this problem. Extremely frustrating when Simplisafe says there's a menu there and its not.

I just changed mine in the old dashboard, clicked on "monitoring" tab, then clicked on the "edit" after "credit card", pick the current one from the drop down list, and click "edit".  Or "enter new card".

Existing cards be be edited in the new Control Panel - click the three bars at the top left of the page - select Monitoring - near the top right of the page click Edit under your card - a pop up window will open - select the RadioButton next to an existing card and then click Edit to right of the card - or select the "Add New Credit Card" RadioButton.

This new dashboard is impossible to navigate when it comes to working with payment information.   When will this be resolved?

What information are you looking for? If you log into your Dashboard, click your username on the top right, and click "View Account", you'll be taken to the page that also includes your Order History and Monitoring Payments.

I'm not able to add a new credit card in the dashboard. Can anyone help? There is a list of old cards in there, I can't delete them or add a new one. We change cards frequently for airline miles; the cards listed are all old, closed accounts.

Just spoke to the Customer service line about this same issue, and you now have to have the more expensive "interactive monitoring" to update your payment information.  So you have to call and have them do it!  Seems to defeat the purpose to me!!

I would suggest that you give us a call at 1-888-957-4675, and we can sort this out for you. There may be too many cards listed. We can remove all of the old cards that you don't use any more.

I don't even see a list of cards. No place at all to see or update the card.  I can see previous payments with the last 4 of the expired card, but no place to change it.

As of today 06/05/2018 the new dashboard doesn't work for old customers. I can't update the credit card information or change the address if I move out. The system keep prompting an "upgrade" to the new system. I called customer service and they confirmed that many customers are having the same issue. You will need to call them to make any changes you want.

Hi lebatinho,

Some elements have been moved to different sections, but all of the same functions should still be available to you. To navigate to the Credit Card section:
  1. Log into your account at www.simplisafe.com/login
  2. Look on the left panel (you might need to click the ‚ò∞ Menu button) for the Monitoring section.
  3. Look on the top right of the Monitoring page where you'll see the Credit Card panel. Click Edit.

Here you'll have the option to select different credit cards for monitoring (if you have multiple) or add a new one to your account.

Have you read the previous posts from customers???  That doesn't work.  I want to add a new card. I get to where I enter all the information and it doesn't add it to my account!

@Captain - they are waiting for those yet to be delivered SS camera(s) that will cost you a payment to St. Jude's.  Of course, the world came to an end when they released the CO detector this month.

@General_KAOS, spoiler alert.  Whether I win or lose, I will make the donation. :-)  I still think, however, SS will come through by June 30th. So far the Amazon Echo integration and Co have been in the realm of "on time" (as in close like horse shoes or hand grenades) so if it isn't the end of June,  it will be close. In any event, I have approximately 24.5 days left.
