Panic button doesn't work and system arrived with dead batteries

Just installed system in Colorado mountains. Purchased in December. Panic button does not work. Replaced battery and red light blinks when button pressed.  iPhone software shows button offline. Called Support and held for 40 minutes-not answered. Have to go back to Texas tomorrow.

Also I have had to replace the battery on entry sensors (except one). Disappointed in quality control. I received info that extra sticky pads would be in with materials when I received the system. None were.
