Days, and same two problems remain. 1. Entry sensor not responding won't go away. Battery replaced. 2. Glass Break Sensor battery low. Battery replaced. You should not have to remove and replace each sensor!

entry sensor said it was not connected. Replaced the battery now online under device says it is offline.

I have changed the battery with 3 different new batteries. The blue light comes on and blinks when it closes. I moved the magnet and made sure it was close enough. It was working for a few months then quit. It tells me that my back door entry sensor is not responding. Please help. I think I may have

I tried everything. Finally deleted the sensor, and added it back. Works fine now.

My base station does not always announce the complete voice prompts when arming home and when announcing the various sensor names in test mode. For example, I'll press "Home" on the keypad, and the base station will say something like "Sim..." or "Simplisafe" or even just "Sss" instead of the full

Having this issue for a few weeks. Haven't yet tried reset. Issue with voice cutoffs happens with keypad control.Does not happen with phone (iPhone) control. EDIT: Still have not reset. Tried again with keypad, and issue seems
