My base station normally shows a solid blue but it started blinking green about every 5 seconds. I noticed that one of my entry sensors was offline. I replaced the battery in the sensor, but that didn't fix the offline status. So I removed the sensor from the system and re-added it. That fixed the offline status and also stopped the blinking green light. I suspect the blinking green might indicate that a sensor is offline.
My base station flashes a green light and beeps every 12 seconds. I recall a similar problem but with a blue light when one of the sensors was not responding. This time however, the app shows all sensors responding. I cannot tell which sensor is causing the problem. I do not have a video doorbell. This is rather frustrating.
Actually I figured it out - the keypad had a battery that was low.
Go to the keypad and touch the screen and it tells you the battery is low. I don't know why the app cannot show the same information. I replaced the one bad battery with a good one and it is working with no beeping and no green light. I am all set.
Can you confirm that a flashing green light on the base station indicates a sensor is off-line, or a battery is low, or can happen for either situation? I currently have a sensor with a low battery warning and am getting the flashing green light. Appreciate if you can confirm. Thank you
@olddaddy63 it appears that you are seeing the Base Station's Trouble Light. This is a green-ish/yellow light that flashes when the Base Station detects a potential issue with the system - like if a sensor is offline or a device's battery is low.
If you look at the Keypad, there should be an exclamation mark icon on the screen alerting you to what the issue is. Once resolved, the Trouble Light on the Base Station should go away.

Hi @gzabelleicloudcom,
Do you have a Video Doorbell Pro? When its button is pressed, the Base Station will flash green for about 3-5 seconds.
