Base station settings page blank

After latest update to keypad (7/24?), my base station settings page is blank. I sure would like to be able to see the settings and maybe...oh...change them at some point. That would be extra special nice!

Have you tried force stopping the app and clear cache then relaunch the app? That may help.

@oldguy​ sometimes I have to just to get the correct reading for Outdoor Cameras batteries. Every once in a blue moon I will reboot the base station and all keypads

No joy. I'm 500 miles away from the base which makes this so frustrating. SS has been a very good sysyem  so I shouldn't complian.

Thanks for checking in.

So it sounds like you recently updated your Base Station (the tower), because that's the central hub that holds all of the info. But now, when you open the SimpliSafe app on your phone, you're not able to see the settings.

@lance843 had the right idea, as this might be an app issue, rather than an issue with your hardware. The next step I would suggest would be to log out of the app, then logging back in. You can find the Sign Out button in the ☰ three-bar Menu on the top left of the app.

If that doesn't work, I suggest contacting our Support team so they can look into your account to see if there's anything out of place.

Wifi at home might be down.

Make sure where your at has good wifi also and not just relying on cellular.

If VPN on, turn off just to test access via app in phone.

Since you're away;

Try the webapp.simplisafe.com in a phone browser, Chrome, etc., in browser settings set it for desktop mode, see if you can bring things up after logging in.
