@bernardgubbins The Base Station will send a Wireless Interference Detected error message when it detects another wireless signal that could potentially drown out its communication with other SimpliSafe devices.

This signal would come from simpler devices, think garage door openers, remote car starters, some baby monitors, and smart bulbs/switches. It could also be that a device in your home has a very low battery and the Base Station is picking up on that signal.

We recommend scanning the area around your Base Station and look for those devices. Then turn them off one by one until the Wireless Interference Detected notifications stops - that'll let you know the device that the Base Station was detecting. Once located, move that device, or the Base Station, to a different area.

How do I stop it?  I have nothing new that should be interfering.  I've already had to cut off my motion sensors

@kimbooskie If there are no new wireless devices near the Base Station, it could be that there is a battery-powered device near it with very low batteries. When a battery-powered device has critically low batteries, the Base Station can register the signal it emits as wireless interference.

If you haven't already, please take a look at any of the electronics that are in the same room as the Base Station and see if any of them are low on power.

Mine has been acting up for the past two weeks.  This sensor is bad, this sensor is bad.  Then they all clear themselves and start working the next morning after I ack and silence the alarms.  I bought one for my mom and it is acting up now too.

Mine is doing the same just started today. I think the fi\rmware is jacked up, as mine has worked fine for a long time, until this last update.
