All devices gone since activating monitoring

Hi,

I had been using the system for a few months form new without activating with no issues.

I activated this weekend as we have started going out and about and now no devices are registered against the system and the keypad says out of range etc.

When we activated the monitoring, the audible message kept on repeating the welcome to simplisafe message random, too.

Any ideas anyone?!

Sorry about that less than stellar start! It does sound like your Base Station has been wiped, which is an issue that we're currently tracking for our engineers.

If you haven't already, please give us a call at 0800-920-2420, and our Support team will replace your Base Station for you.

I've had this same issue happen to me in the last year and it just happened again last night right before going to bed. I had to reset the base and reprogram all my devices. At bedtime. Not. Happy.
