Not receiving confirmation emails

When i try to login it tells me ti verify my account by checking my email 

but they send NO. Email fir me to verify. 
they are charging me for something  cant access 

very dissatisfied

Try clearing your browser's cache, then try logging in again.

Make sure your email is the one you've set up your SS account with and not any other email.  If this doesn't work, call SS, you'll need your safe word if they need to view your account, then confirm the email on your account is correct.

Hi pam,

coltmaster1 is correct. If service is already active, then you'll want to use the same email that we have for your account in order to access it. For those confirmation emails, you also want to check your spam folder, just in case they're being sent there.

But if you're not able to find the confirmation emails, we strongly suggest giving our Support team a call at 800-548-9508. We might need to double-check that we have the right email address, or even change it to a different one.

And for the future, we also strongly recommend setting up Multi-Factor Authentication via SMS. It's a more secure method of verifying your access, and you'll get the confirmations as text messages instead of emails. So that might work much better for you.
