Customer Service Chat Funtion?


I need to reach customer support but hate the phone. Is it true that there is a chat function? If so, how do I utilize it?

It was only available for about 2 weeks, a couple months ago.  True to form, whenever SS thinks of something good and decent, they soon take it away (or screw it up).

I got the Starter Kit for a Christmas present. It was ordered from SimpliSafe by my daughter.

When I go to activate it, it says the Base Station is already active.

Is it linked to my daughter's email address (account)? If so, how do I get it switched to its available to me?

Look in the account where it is currently activated to see if there is some way to deactivate/remove/move the base.

If you don't see anything like that then, unfortunately, you'll probably need to call in.
