Pushing Away no longer does anything
A couple of months ago pushing the Away button started doing nothing as far as I can tell. There is no "Exit now." message, no beeping, no beeping when I return, and no alarm. What the heck is going on? It is like I am now paying for nothing. Also, is there no way to get a response to questions like this directly from the company?

@visitme What device are you experiencing this with? The Keypad or Key Fob? My first thought here is that the batteries in either of these devices are dead, or there's an issue with its range.
If you're noticing this issue with your Keypad, I would first recommend removing all of its batteries and then wait 30 seconds before inserting 4 new batteries into the Keypad.
If replacing the batteries doesn't help, I would recommend moving the Keypad closer to the Base Station and try arming your system again. If the Keypad successfully arms your system when it's at a shorter range to the Base Station, you may want to move the Base Station to a more central location in your home. This article in our Help Center goes over finding the optimal placement for the Base Station.
If this is an issue with the Key Fob, this is a sign that its battery is dead. The battery in the Key Fob is not replaceable, but if you reach out to our Support team, they can provide additional assistance.
