Video Playback/Live camera issues
The timeline/live option on our cameras are not working however I have received 100+ notifications of motion detection as well as unplugged camera, checked internet status, but yet still no playback or live view. Any suggestions?

There are a couple of things that could be happening here. First, there could be an issue just with playing back the video on your device. Have you tried downloading the video first? And have you tried playing the recordings on a different device (like a different phone, or a computer)?
