Multiple camera issue

I have two indoor cameras.  I can hear both trigger to record when my system is disarmed from the Home setting.  However, on my time line, only one recording shows up to review. This happens if the system is disarmed from AWAY setting as well.  I have a camera pointed at the two doors, but since only one seems to actually record (and it could be either - no consistency), I only have half of the information.  Why are both recordings not showing up on the timeline for me to review?

@ajijicdoc I have six cameras (two outdoor, one doorbll pro and three indoor SA) and they all appear. I couldn't tell from your post if you are talking about the desktop view or your phone. If your phone app, make sure on the timeline you tap the event and scroll down to see the rest of the camera feeds. You should see both, as I see all six. 

If you look again and confirm the one camera is not there, then call support to troubleshoot.

Thanks!  When I went back to the timeline to check, even the events from the last several days that only showed one recording earlier today….now show the 2 recordings.  Not sure what changed, as I didn’t change any settings….but as of this moment, it appears to be working as it should….. thanks for your input though!!

It sounds like you might have been experiencing this known issue regarding camera recordings. This has since been resolved, and you should be able to see all of your recordings now. If you cannot, please let me know!
