Video Doorbell Pro
Hello,
I recently added the Smart Lock to my SS3 system and I'm very pleased with it. I would also like to add the Video Doorbell Pro for the new entryway that I have on order. In the online installation guide for the doorbell is the following statement: "Before getting started, the Video Doorbell Pro is currently compatible with analog doorbells. Compatibility with digital doorbells will be available at a future date." I currently have a wired digital Westminster chime that I would like to retain if possible. Does anyone have any idea as to when SimpliSafe will have the digital compatible version of the Video Doorbell Pro available? Thank you.

While compatibility with digital doorbells is something that we are working on, we don't currently have any ETA on when that will be available. If you'd like to get notified when we come out with any new products, make sure that New Product Announcements is checked off under Email Preferences in your account settings.
