Outdoor Camera
My outdoor camera lasts 24-36 hours. It is set to medium sensitivity, people only, a very small activity zone. I don’t know what else to do. Someone had mentioned a software issue, I have version 1.15 so I believe there may be a newer version out there, just don’t know how/where to get it. Anyone? Thanks.

@dpcarreiro Dlpsr makes a lot of great points! If the Outdoor Camera is constantly detecting motion all day long, that can cause its battery to drain much faster. However, it should still hold a charge for longer than 36 hours, especially since many of the settings you have turned on help maximize the life of the Outdoor Camera's battery. The next course of action here may be to contact our Support team for a replacement battery.
Our engineers are currently working on improving the lifespan of the Outdoor Camera's battery through firmware updates. They've made some great progress, but there's still more work to be done! Version 1.15 is the most recent update, so your camera is up to date. Firmware updates are automatically installed on the camera, so when the next one is available your camera will update on its own.
