Outdoor Camera

I have an outdoor camera with a solar panel. I got a low battery reading and recharged the battery today.  I reinstalled the camera and now it’s not working at all. I tried rebooting it a number of times.  But there’s no light emitting from camera. My understanding is that no light indicates a dead battery.  The battery indicator on the app says it’s fully charged.  Any thoughts on what to do now? Thank you.

@yankswilson You are correct, if your Outdoor Camera doesn't produce any lights, that indicates that its battery is dead.

We would recommend removing the battery from the camera and put it back in. When inserting the battery into the camera, make sure that the three gold circles on the battery are facing up and match up with the three gold prongs inside the camera's battery slot.

After putting the battery back in, put the lens back on the camera by twisting it clockwise until it can no longer move. After this, the camera should chime and its status light will flash white. Do you see this behavior?
