Cameras not recording at night

Cameras are not recording anything at night. I’m having the same problem it seems everyone else here has posted. 
Bought 3 new cameras in the last couple of months to replace Nest cameras that recorded every motion. I guess replacing thise were a mistake if Simply Safe can’t resolve this issue.

Sorry to hear that you've had so much trouble. Looking into your account, I see that you were able to get in touch with our Support team to go through some troubleshooting. But here are some of the questions I would ask:

  • Have you tried the troubleshooting steps on our Help Center here? Where did you get stuck?
  • Are you able to trigger recordings during the daytime?
  • Are you able to livestream at night, and do you see the image in Night Vision Mode?
  • How high are the cameras from the ground (i.e. how far are they from potential subjects)?
  • How far are your cameras from your WiFi Router and your Base Station? Are there any dense walls in between?
  • When you try to trigger the cameras at night, do you see them blinking as if they are trying to record?
