Known Issue: Outdoor Camera Streaming on Chrome Browser
Please be advised that our servers are currently unable to live stream Outdoor Cameras on the latest version of the Chrome browser. While we actively work to address this issue, please try another browser or use the SimpliSafe mobile app for iOS or Android.
Note: Recorded video playback, motion detection, and video verification are still functioning normally. Video Doorbell and SimpliCam are also not impacted by this issue.

Why can't you develop an outdoor camera that doesn't depend on the battery? I have the power cable attached, but if the battery fails so does accessing the video.
