How do I get a QR c ode?
Camera installed, but I have a steady yellow light and I keep repeating the same 3 steps over and over. The camera was previously installed, but I deleted it because it was having problems, and I cannot reinstall it. For one thing, it does not generate a QR code. I have pored over the steps for possible problems, but without a QR code, I can’t get this camera on the app.

Hi @washdryandfold ,
The QR Code process applies to the Video Doorbell Pro and the SimpliCam Indoor Camera.
If you have a Smart Alarm Indoor Camera, or a Wireless Outdoor Camera, those use a totally different process. You can follow the instructions for the Smart Alarm camera here, and the Outdoor Cam here.
