Doorbell Screw Issue
Was installing my doorbell and we accidentally took off the screw instead of loosening it. Having trouble reattaching it. Any thoughts/tips?

@thehopedawson Just call support and they will ship you entire new install kit. Yeah, you won't have it today but they won't charge you for it.

Hi @thehopedawson,
I agree with Captain11, a replacement doorbell may be needed here. I've seen instances like this in the past, and it's a little complex to get the screw and its attached washer back in. If you contact our Support team, they'll be able to assist you.
