Upload speed for the outdoor camera
Quick question, I have one outdoor camera that is not even the furthest camera and the signal strength is perfect but the upload speed is iffy and I was wondering if I deleted some devices in my home off of wifi would the upload speed get better? I have had extenders in the pastand I hate them and I do not need a mesh system as we get great signal all over even outside but this one camera I can not get the upload speed to get up there. If I delete a few devices could that help? Thoughts?

Hi @lance843,
Yes, if you removed some devices off of the 2.4GHz network that your SimpliSafe cameras are connected to and move them to something like a 5GHz band instead, that can help improve your camera's upload speed.
And if you check out the What is Upload Speed article in our Help Center, we have a guided flow at the bottom that provides additional tips to improve your upload speed as well.
