@iwasuptake Does this only happen when you try to update your camera's settings, or does this also happen when you try to perform other actions in the SimpliSafe® app (like updating sensor/the Base Station settings)?
Also, what is the operating system of the phones you tested this out on (Android or iOS), the device models, and what version of the SimpliSafe® app are they running?

My Recording went out for a week while on Vacation and did not record any activity. I had One(1) of My Vehicles stolen because the daily checks stated that everything was ok. I am without a Vehicle due to non functioning security!
