@Rbhug34 The answer: It depends. How long have you owned it, do you have the full interactive plan etc. Simply call SS and troubelshoot/tell the agent what you have already done etc. If it's under warranty, they will replace it.

Captain is correct, it does depend. However, I see that you have Interactive Monitoring, so your Outdoor Camera should be protected under warranty. If you contact our Support team, they can help you get a new one.
I would be curious to know a bit more about your Outdoor Camera and its battery. How often do you find that you are charging your battery? And when you do charge it, do you see it light up? Likewise, how many motion notifications do you receive from your Outdoor Camera? If the camera is facing a busy area and is constantly detecting motion, its battery can drain a bit faster.
