All cameras - strong signal poor upload speed

For me, this issue started a few weeks ago - coinciding with a base station firmware update.

Three cameras - Doorbell Pro, Outdoor Camera (on dedicated power), Indoor camera.

Video is unreliable. Sometimes a portion of video uploads, many times no video uploads.

Can stream video without issue.

Cameras have been hard reset and readded MANY times.

Since the issue began I've been told that it was a known issue for the Doorbell camera and would be fixed by the early part of last week and that I would get a notification. No notification was received.  The issue persists with all cameras.

ON the off chance that it was at least partially on my end I have upgraded from .5 GB ISP service to 1GB ISP service. I'm on the third router now, most recent being a WiFi 7 Netgear Nighthawk system (RS700S).

When I STILL experienced the issue, even though I had a strong signal, I purchased an Extender, though the router is in the center of a small house (the RS700 is rated for a much larger 3500SqFt space). The extender is rated for 1.7 GB and made no noticeable difference at all.

My Simplisafe cameras are STILL reporting (in the Simplisafe app) a STRONG signal  (around-49dBm Signal Strength) and a POOR Upload Speed (around 1.26 Mbps) and video is unreliable at best.

Hard resets and new equipment, along with ISP upgrades make no difference. There must be issues with firmware.

Support call tonight confirmed that there is an issue with firmware but could not point me to a specific "issue tracker" to follow.
