viewing camera from pc?

I was hoping to view camera clips from my PC(windows). I do not see anywhere to view my system after logging in. suggestions?

@oconnortdpm If you want to view your camera recordings in the web app, click Timeline on the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. From there you can scroll through your events and view/download any of your recordings.

If you want to watch a livestream of your cameras in the web app, click Cameras on the navigation bar. Then, click "Watch Live" on the camera you want to watch a livestream through.

That wasn't the question the previous user posted.  I will ask it more succinctly.

How does a subscriber view the camera stream via the SimpliSafe web page?  If this isn't available, it should be.

We all know that the camera streams are available via the app.

@michaelnsuder The steps provided above are still accurate to view camera recordings on a desktop:

  1. Log into your account on our web app at https://spr.ly/61217STyLF
  2. On the navigation bar on the left side of the screen, select Cameras
  3. Click the Watch Live button for the camera stream you wish to view

Hey @stbuck82 

if you go to the Web App on the left hand column there is a section titled "Cameras". You click that and it will show you your installed cameras.

none of the answers so far answer the question as to how to view already recorded videos form the previous week (for example).

It was very easy to view already recorded video's in the previous security system we had, but can't find the 'already recorded video's on my Windows desktop.  

And please don't provide the answer for the IPhone App- already know.  I am specifically asking about accessing already recorded video's on my Windows desktop via the web.

Hey @Brces1958​ 

Once you record the footage either on mobile or the Web app you follow these steps. 

Go to you Timeline > go to camera event > go to video player > click download button in bottom right hand corner of the video player.
