My entry sensor mounting bracket/battery cover
My entry sensor mounting bracket/battery cover is stuck on and it wont come off. All of the other ones come off just fine but the one died and I cant change the battery. Is there any way or use of tool to get it off?

@dogslover While not the slickest method, this happened to me once on a SS2 entry sensor but should work fine with SS3. I resorted to a pair of pliers with a flat jaw, squeezed and pulled to the right (direction for it to slide off the base in this instance.) Yes, the cover cracked but it came off. Called SS on a long shot and, yes, good luck the agent readily offered to replace it. Got the new one was able to just use the cover to replace on the old base.
Luck of the Irish I guess, but since I am not of Irish decent, since its St Patrick's Day, everyone is Irish today! And, of course, Happy St Patrick's Day to everyone!
