Export Timeline and system data
I have requested this over the years but thought it was about time to try again. How about a simple download tool in the app and web dashboard to download a sensor list with serial numbers, settings etc and a timeline listing set by date parameters? Heck, can't be that hard to do with many apps having that feature, including many banks, brokerage houses and parking apps!

Is it possible to download the timeline as a simple text file? Would be nice to have one for long-term storage of the record.

Please create a way to export the data from the timeline for consumers. This data is surely available to law enforcement and in response to a subpoena, please make it available to customers.

Just recently brought up in another post, again for the God knows how many times, the request to SS Prod Dev to have an export tool for all of a system's components. I have one I use for battery replacements on a proactive schedule but with now 52 items this tool would sure make it a lot easier.
Here is a suggestion: Round up a half of dozen or so easy requests (hint SS: This one fits the definition of easy very well) and between now and mid November knock them out and deliver to us customers as an early holiday present. We all promise to thank you!

I would also like to request the ability to download the timeline. I need this for troubleshooting problems - several sensors are randomly disconnecting and reconnecting and I want to see how far back I have been having an issue. This would help support techs as well - they could download this data and then filter by "Sensor Disconnected" or some such thing. Trying to go through a timeline even for one day on either the app or the website is very difficult because there are hundreds of entries given every time somebody passes by a camera and entry is made. For my purposes an alternative to this could be the ability to filter by alert in either the app or on the website
