Help Please! Base station wireless interference ????

@eamail2001 Have you recently introduced any new wireless devices into your home? The Wireless Interference Detected error message occurs when the Base Station detects another wireless signal that could potentially drown out its connection to other SimpliSafe devices. We would want to look for simpler devices, like a garage door opener, remote car starter, smart lights, and some baby monitors; but it can also be triggered if there is major construction near your home. 

We recommend sweeping the area near your Base Station to look for devices similar to what was mentioned above, and try turning them off one by one until the error message stops. That way, we'll know which device is causing the issue. Once the device has been found, try moving it, or the Base Station, to another room. 

But if there are no wireless devices near the Base Station, or the error message continues, please contact our Support team for further assistance.
