Glassbreak sensor reporting low battery
One of my glass break sensors starting reporting a low battery. I replaced the battery with a fresh new one. After a day or so it started saying the battery was low again. I removed the sensor from my system, reset the sensor and added it back. Again, after a day or so it was saying low battery again. I removed the sensor and reset it again. This time I left the sensor sitting about 6 inches away from the basestation to rule out any interference. And again, after a day or so it reported a low battery.
Is there anything else I can try to fix this or does the sensor need to be replaced?
Thank you.

@steph75ia Some may suggest moving the base, but since its the only one causing an issue, unlikely solution and I would call support today, tell the agent everything you did (not to repeat steps) and hopefully it is covered under warranty and have it replaced at nc.
Please post your outcome here if you get a chance after your call.

@steph75ia Thank you for listing out the troubleshooting steps you have already taken! Knowing that the battery in the device was already replaced, and interference was ruled out by moving the sensor closer to the Base Station, this may indicate an issue with the device itself.
In this case, we would recommend contacting our Support team for additional help, as they may need to replace the device completely.
