@hsobel The "Entry Sensor Not Responding" error can be caused by a low battery which needs to be replaced, or the sensor is too far away from the Base Station and should be moved closer.
I would first try replacing the battery in your Entry Sensor to see if that clear out this error. If it does not, I would put your system into Test Mode and test this sensor to determine if the Base Station needs to be moved closer to it.
