Entry Sensor battery and returns ?

I just installed our new System 2 days ago and getting a Low Battery on one of my Entry Sensors already?

Also, I order 3 Adjustable Outdoor Mounts for the Outdoor Cameras and realize that I did not need them. How do I return them for credit?
