Replacing a sensor

I have the old, original system. One of my sensors are no longer working, I have a new sensor, how do I replace it?

@raycuda I would call customer service and ask what's still available. When you say "original" is it SS1 or SS2? If SS2 you may still be in luck but customer service should be able to assist either way, at least with an answer.  I should note that the current SS3 system has many, many improvements and advantages and you may want to ask what SS can do for you in terms of an upgrade deal. No harm, no foul in asking! Good luck. Please post your outcome here if you get a chance.

I figured it out, it took me a while, but I did figure it out. I'm an old man, and must admit, I am not very computer literate.
