What is SimpliSafe's return policy?


Try it. Test it. Love it or return it.

Test SimpliSafe in your home for 60 days. Your system arrives ready to work—no drilling or tools are needed. If you aren't 100% satisfied, return it for a full refund (we'll even pay return shipping). 

We can only accept returns purchased directly from the SimpliSafe website or with the assistance of a SimpliSafe representative. Products purchased from our retail partners or other online sellers will need to be returned through that same point of sale.

As long as you are within the 60-day return window from when the products are received, a member of our customer support team can create a prepaid shipping label with which you can send back any equipment necessary. After we receive the return, a refund will be issued. From there, it usually takes 1-3 business days for funds to appear back in your account, depending on your card issuer.
