Low Battery warning - which sensor?

Yesterday the base station said, low battery but I didn't get where. I looked at my app, nothing there, I looked at the pin pad, nothing there. So how do I find out which entry has a low battery?

I have the exact same issue in my system is brand new.  The camera looks fine but I can't find where or which motion detector would be failing.  I also read where the motion detector batteries are supposed to be good for four years, so something seems strange to me.  Does anyone know how to determine which motion detector would be faulty?

@brents99 If one of your Motion Sensors has a low battery, you would see a notification on your Keypad and in the SimpliSafe mobile app telling you the name of the sensor that has a low battery.

On the Keypad, wake up its screen and press the right rocker where there is a <!> icon and you'll see any active messages from the system.

In the mobile app, navigate to Menu > My System > Device Settings to see the status of all of your sensors. Just be sure to tap the 🔄 refresh icon to ensure you're seeing the most up-to-date information.

@lytledenise3 If you put your system into Test Mode and test the sensor, the message should go away. Alternatively, you can also remove the sensor from your system and then add it back in again.
