Chime when close

Sensor chimes when I close the door. Not when I open it.

I’ve removed sensor twice and added again. Same result. Chime when close. Not open.

When you open and close your door, do you see the sensor LEDs flashing? There should be one flash for open, and two for closed. If not, I'd remove the batteries in your Entry Sensor and add it back in. Let me know if that works for you or not!

@emily_s​ it only flashes three times. When open or closed. When paired with the base and when removed. It only makes the chime noise when I close the door. And once again always three flashes. I’ve removed the batteries. Removed from system. Added back. Repeat. Same result. Chime when close.
