KNOWN ISSUE: Outdoor Camera Unable to Reconnect, Flashing Blue
There is a known issue where some Outdoor Cameras may become unresponsive after reconnecting or charging/swapping batteries. You may see the LED flashing blue - indicating that the unit is actively attempting to send data - but it isn't able to send recordings or allow livestreams.

Hi All, after updating the app for iPhone 13 pro with up to date iOS ,the camera settings menu I am unable to configure the general behavior of the camera in turning on or off the privacy shutter. The menu is not responding. Other menus in the camera setting are good. I am able to do it in web app.

A recent SimpliSafe (SS) update now requires MFA at every log in. Even on recognized hardware. And it also automatically logs out after a short time of inactivity. This is an aggravation. SS has publicly stated that existing customers could continue Log In policy as before. But I can't!
