FRUSTRATED !!!
i have exhausted every avenue to get a hold of someone who can help me with issues iam having been on hold while installing system for over 2 hours total . when connected to someone they were clueless and put me back on hold . they were more than happy to sell me on the plan now i have been ditched . is this really how it is ??? i cant even get a hold of someone to return this garbage and cancel . i ended up troubleshooting everything to the point of getting to work myself maybe they should pay me . no my cameras are sliding down off the magnets had to use tape to keep them from sliding . i guess what im asking is there a way to speak to someone who actually knows what they are doing or talking about ??? i cant even get to someone to order permanent mounts for cameras .

@tommyjane first, notify SS you want to return the system for a full refund within 60 days if it comes down to that. Next, call. I just did and hold time for less than 2 minutes for a new system install. Time and day/night of course will effect this but try again. If you do get someone and they are "Clueless" ask for a call back from a tech specialist. Also, if you have a specific question or issue, ask it here. There are many users who will be more than happy to attempt to assist you.
