Where if the info on returning this product??

After a week of trying to get help, phone and web site email, I give up.
For  a security system this is unacceptable.
Yet I can find nothing on their website nor in what was sent to me on how to return their product, though multiple references to a "60 day return policy.
Can anyone help me.
