SimpliSafe really needs to work on their customer service. A great start would be the company's representative communicating with each other BEFORE transferring phone calls.

100% Agree with the string title - the hoops that SS requires to change / downgrade service are unreasonable. I went from calling to see my options to cancelling my service due to the unhelpful service representative Mike - disappointing

In late April, a false alarm was triggered at my residence. When I spoke to the agent, I requested that they contact my FIRST RESPONDER on file - Geist Patrol, and NOT the Fishers Police Department. This was confirmed by the SimpliSafe agent, but Fishers Police Department was called anyway and responded. This needs to be fixed in my account! Fishers Police will start charging me if other false alarms take place. I am already paying for personal security with Geist Patrol, and they will not charge for false alarms.
