Terrible Customer Service

SimpliSafe really needs to work on their customer service. A great start would be the company's representative communicating with each other BEFORE transferring phone calls.

100% Agree with the string title - the hoops that SS requires to change / downgrade service are unreasonable.  I went from calling to see my options to cancelling my service due to the unhelpful service representative Mike - disappointing
