Call and escalate it to a supervisor. No one ever gets a definitive answer (and when they say it's in the mail, it in fact is not, so call and keep on them about it)
I sent back my three yr old SS2 system which consisted of two bases and around 75 total sensors/alarms. It took about 4 weeks and several calls but I got my full refund check last week. My brother tried to get the same deal last week but was told that the offer if over now.
I got my refund. Same situation. I returned my SS2 system within the 60-day period and replaced it with SS3. The refund - a credit on my credit card - was made within a week (or less) of the returned system being received at SimpliSafe.
