Live Guard Protection Announcement: Right product and service for today!
Once having SS monitoring calling me for an alarm event, with video verification I was able to tell the agent not to dispatch as the three ladies in our kitchen with mops and brooms were our cleaning service. Not bad, being over 3 years ago, but heck, now its 2023 and how do you improve that? Simplisafe gave us the answer today with the announcement of Live Guard Protection, the next step with a combination of new hardware and software. Looks very promising.
