Door chime

Hello.  I'm wondering if you have or know of a door alarm chime (creates an audible alert when a door is opened) that has a keypad on both sides of the door so that the chime can be disabled for only for a single door entry.  When a code is entered, the door can be opened silently, but when it's closed it will reset and generate the sound the next time the door is opened.  Thanks in advance.
