smartlock doesn't open from inside
I got my smart lock for two days, whenever it’s auto-locked, I can’t seem to open it from inside. Every time I have to go to my app and open the door. It seems too complicated when I’m rushing out of the house. Any solutions?

Hi @tangtoni ,
Sounds like your Smart Lock isn't disengaging at the correct "Closed" position. You can try re-calibrating by going to your Keypad's Devices Menu.
