Smart Lock pin pad Lock button unreliable
On my smart lock pin pad, I sometimes have to press Lock two or more times before it actually locks. But when I enter my pin, it always seems to unlock on the first try. This happens on both my smart locks. Any suggestions on how to get the Lock button reliable? Thanks!

@robrosenblum Under a core monitoring plan or higher, uninterrupted? If yes, call support, tell them the problem, troubleshoot and if they can fix it, ask for a nc replacement under the terms of your monitoring plan. My daugher's OD camera was toast, called to troubleshoot, had already removed, added several times, did the connection check tool etc and SS replaced it, and now works perfectly. Done.
