Smart lock install on quickset lock. insert does not seem to fit
The insert installs upside down and will not work the lock

Hi @jkarsk,
Sorry to hear about your setup trouble. Which adapter piece are you using? And have you tried one of the others? There's a couple of them that are easy to mix up.
If you're comfortable, you can also share pictures of what you're seeing, to make troubleshooting easier.
